I've been playing Civ II since it came out in 1996 and just began a new game recently. Didn't think, that Civ III was a real improvement compared to Civ II. So who has played Civ IV yet and can tell something about it?

Civilisation. I started on III, I haven't played II. I need someone to take III away from me, it's a fucking virus. I've managed to win on emporer, but I can't seem to take it that little step further.

i love civ1 & civ2, never got round to getting any of the further civ games, my brothers tell me civ3 isn't an improvement on 2 though. i've been meaning to pick up a copy of alpha centauri for years.
