Got the album last week with a bunch of promos n' junk. Sounds pretty great, I gotta say. Kicks right into high gear. I was not expecting to be anything other than vaguely amused, but I'm downright tickled.

love those vids. like Sev, im quite tickled too. but wasn't that the whole point of this band? man, there was a time in the 90's when Orange and Worry never left my cd rotation. also, some fucked up part of me likes to think that some songs off of AMCE predicted the whole 'mud-life' bro country that slowing built up steam in the 00's. |

I really love this new one! I also loved Meat & Bone, but this is better, rising the level of their greatest albums! I think JSBX is the best funk/Rīn`r-group in the world at the moment!
BTW always people talking about JSBX says Orange & Now I got worry is great. I think Extra Width, Acme, Damage & this new is as great as those two. Of course I am the huge Jon Spencer fan who thinks he hasnīt made anything really boring. |

what do you think of Neil Hagerty? his solo albums are decent and a talented guitarist.
Royal Trux had some interesting ideas but mostly boring heroin burned crap. shit live band. besides Pound for Pound and that singles collection. there both good albums. forget that crud Twin Infinitives. tried to get into that album because it was hip. fuck that shit! |
