Cantanky - I did a similar thing a month afterwards, and dumped the offending cones in a mate's mum's kitchen. I forgot about it, until he rang me pissed off to ask why I'd done that. Turns out his mum had discovered them before he did

me and my friend in school used to steal traffic cones and signs and stuff and keep it in her basement

Me and my mates used to have a habit of moving portable "Temporary" bus signs and moving them to where the really shouldn't be (in housing estates etc) - the more drunk we were, the funnier our bus stop dumping places got.

My favourite all-tinme dumping story is this: We were round a mate's in Clapham in 1991, and my mate Phil passed out pissed on his sofa. So in revenge, we decided to start piling things in him for a laugh - we ended with several camera tripods, bricks, 2 kitchen chairs, books, an art easel and other bits. We took loads of pictures of it too. I was about to tie his shoelaces together when he finally awoke and told me to piss off. We were all crying with laughter by this point, and continued doing so as we nloaded all the dumped stuff off him.

once i had got pissed and fallen asleep during a party and everyone decided to stack plastic cups on me and i woke up with plastic cups all around me and i was very confused.

The first time I ever smoked weed, I made the mistake of getting really plastered on a vodka and red wine, and collapsed unconscious in the middle of the room, where everyone continued to party on around/above me whilst I was in a coma ...I could seriusly fill a whole book with embarrassing Melly stories.

hahahaha. the first time i ever smoked weed i walked three miles in a foot of snow with my friend just to get it. at 2:00 AM no less.
