Kodachrome 2017 Netflix
Someone from work mentioned it, I hadn’t heard about it. Neither had I heard Ed Harris name mentioned in a while..... it doesn’t disappoint! |

Because who doesn't like some religious satire?

Seriously, such a good movie if you have no strong ties to organized religion.

Went to see Tenet yesterday.
Can't help but feel that Nolan has stretched himself a bit too much on this one. The soundtrack was great though.

Is that the portmenteau film, with a sequence of loosely connected stories? If so yeah, it is good. Hit and miss (as those kinds of films always are) but still enjoyable. |

That it is. I enjoyed it. The situations are more gripping than the FX but hey, who am I to judge?

The movie? lol it is what it is Buffy is my favorite intellectual property of all time The movie though... yeah that's a rough concept. The tv show brought that shit to life, and with far less studio butchering Watching Paul Reubens ham it up as a vampire always makes the movie worth it for me though |

That's the one. No regrets, but definitely subpar to the show. Too much story to regulate to 90min

Yeah very loose with the concept
The show is brilliant though, and the comics ain't half bad either Not the biggest fan of the recent BOOM! reboot but im hoping it finds its footing Best thing about the BUffyverse was how much it could catch you off guard. once the writers found that groove they clearly just had so much fun playing in the demon and vampire filled universe shit was cool |

Yep, I'm pretty sure (as in - not really sure?!) I saw it referenced in a Mad Max documentary. |

Really enjoyed this, have never seen a Fassbinder movie before, the first time I heard of him was from the John Waters movie Cecil B. Demented. |

This movie is beautiful. A lot to unpack with this. Dealing with Haitian culture. Their connection to voodoo, colonialism. Such a great movie. |

Neither. Seeing as this isn't a movie based off western culture's idea of what zombification is. Its a French film set in Haiti, that shows Voodoo as what it is, a religion. In fact, I think the movie even addresses outsiders' misunderstanding of Voodoo, and the plight of Haitian people being used by outsiders for slave labor.
