Tetris rules! That is gnarly sir!
A good friend of mine once took some LSD and played Tetris Splash on the XBOX 360 for hours and hours and then passed out. The next day he checked his rank, and he was about 150th in the U.S.! Adam. Everything you said about Guilty Gear is true. and I also love Marvel Vs. Capcom I'm exited for Tekkan Vs. Street Fighter and Street Fighter Vs. Tekken (two different games)... Anyone else hyped? http://kotaku.com/5595524/street-fig...game-crossover |

I couldn't let it escape me. I felt as if it were destined to be mine. Laid down 10 smackers at the comic shop as soon as I saw it.

That's so cool! Hold onto that, man! You're really going to appreciate it one day. If you ever do feel necessitated to sell it for a quick buck, I'd be more than happy to give it a safe, new home.
Could you post a picture of it? I'm interested in seeing what it looks like. |

Haha. It's been in a plastic bag for.. oh.. 17 years now! At least! Haha.
Now playing: God, I love this game. To me, it represents a) everything that was awesome in the 90's, b) Everything that made the PSX the coolest system ever, and c) A time in my life when I was happy. |

Soul Calibur. The game where girls look like balloon animals (for those wondering, I ALWAYS play Taki, no matter which game I'm playing... though I do like SC2's ability to play as Link, on the GC version...). This game is frighteningly simple and easy, compared to something like Virtua Fighter, or the amazing, underrated classic Tobal No. 2 (not No. 1... No. 2, which is a masterpiece) I like these games okay; fast, good looking, insane... but man, they just don't match a 2D fighter. I just don't get much satisfaction. To be honest, the best 3D fighters I've ever played are Bushido Blade 1 and 2. |

I of course am a far bigger fan of 2D Fighters.
But Soul Calibur II is amazing (on the GameCube). I HAVE NEVER played as any character other than Link.
