yeah, i could use it. just binge ate some VERY spicy ramen and am listening to neurosis. i feel better, got that spicy food rush. gonna play some games to escape for a bit.

i just cant let this become my life. all alone playing video games. there's so much to do yknow? like i gotta get out and express myself. create my own destiny and shit

i got this book in the mail today, i'm gonna read it front to back:

it's from the Dilbert guy, but i've heard great things, just flipping through it seems very helpful

oh i realize now you are sore about it. understandable, man. rejection is always painful, even when it’s good/necessary.

and it’s too soon to make kids! way too soon. take it easy there. go to therapy first! learn to handle things.

that scott adams book is okay. the main takeaway for me was that chasing goals is stupid, but creating systems that produce consisten results is the key to... advancement, whatever. yes, the day in & day out. the rest i have mostly forgotten but that was my big payoff. routines matter A LOT.

Should've noticed the obvious red flag when she called me an ableist for calling my friend an autist (which he literally is lol)

I feel better today. Got some sunshine, bought some powdered donuts, and even painstakingly sewed a backpatch onto my jacket.

Sorry bout this shitty news, man. Nothing hurts worse than heartbreak. What I will say is for the love of God don't look on any of her social media. I remember making that mistake and it's just awful. Especially when the obligatory new profile pic comes up. Don't do it.

I had thought she was single. She told me the guy cheated on her, and she was stuck living with him. I assumed they were stuck in a lease. She was in a toxic scenario and i was helping her out.

Turns out he didn't cheat, she caught him "texting other girls" (i know, i know) and that they were still together but sleeping in separate rooms, not being physical, etc.He was paying all the rent/bills at their apartment in Detroit, and she was driving his mom's car around after her's got stolen because... Detroit.

Her and I got into a very minor tiff, her friend recorded me in my own home (the story is so weird, i know), and she dumped me and moved out the next day.

This chick is a nut dude. Her and her fat tough guy dad and brother are gonna come bash my nugget in over a Brita filter lmfao

Im just laying low, hoping she tires herself out.
