goodmorning
shaking off some dream residue i had in the last part of my dream engine report
wierd dream
in the past it took longer to shake off dream residue's
that goes much better now )
made clearer desicions on how to use emotions, place them and value them

in the past i was very emotional
it could be that a tsunami of emotions came out of me
like eeeeeeeeeuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
mixed flow of lsd, xtc, alchol, weed at 5000mph

a spliff, a siesta and then to work tonight

better focus on things i want to do this summer

a trip to paris is on the menu
and hopefully there will be alot of sun

I actually fell asleep for the first time without laying in my bed for hours.

Such an odd feeling since I've had problems with my sleep since I was like 14.

maybe you could do something to feel better
or it will go away by itself over some time

maybe it has to do with your sleepcycles
not enough rem-sleep?

just read that 20% more childeren use anti-psychotics
that is surly not positive for those childeren who are then the victims of uncabaple adults
to really deal with what is going on

i never used medication or believed in it those things
just let nature normaly and naturaly flow
you can find out how your body and mind functions and what the normal parameters are

and from there people are individualy responsible for interest in their own life
as their introspection

will bring back the clear vieuw of eyes
it can lead to more childeren wearing glasses or lenses

Drink coffee.

Attempt my third loaf of homemade bread. Tried to make 2 loaves last weekend, each attempt was a bust. But I think I now understand what I'm doing wrong.
