EDIT - Except it's not listed there yet... But I'll hang our for them to list it, as they charge no booking fee and only £1 for postage, as opposed to Stargreen charging nearly £10 in charges and postage for one ticket.

Chilli Fried, London's premier orgy of global beats, is very proud to present a special live performance from singer Ami Sacko and ngoni player Oumar Barou Kouyate, members of Mali’s astonishing ensemble Ngoni Ba, currently on tour in the UK and getting rave reviews and responses wherever they go! Dubbed the ‘Tina Turner of Mali’, Ami is the most soulful of singers and graceful of movers, she’s also the wife of Ngoni Ba’s leader Bassekou Koutate. Oumar, Bassekou’s nephew, is a young master of the West African ngoni lute and a rockin’ stage presence to boot. Tonight they'll be weaving a magic spell at Brixton's friendliest and funkiest cafe/bar, with a unique duo performance.

All this + Jamie Renton spinning global beats and roots rhythms.

The Kits
