Nothing wrong with eating meat, I don't believe my vegan friends. I watch too much Joe Rogan for that. Dr. Rhonda Patrick is a goddamn saint.

What I cut out was refined sugars and carbs. Last time I did this, I also hit 145 oddly enough. I had to stop. But maaaan was I proud of myself. Reducing my insulin levels does a lot for my mental clarity and I need every bit I can get.

Currently at 160. Tryna just tone up more than anything. I want muskles.

Only annoying thing is going out to eat with friends and tryna not appear like a freak-ass.

"Oh no toast or hash browns for me... can I get this burger without a bun? Do you offer it on a bed of lettuce?" It's amazing what people won't substitute. Safe bet is always a cobb salad for me.

At home is easy though. I can eat an entire pot roast in a single sitting, add some avocados for good measure, asparagus, mushrooms, etc. Always grilling burgers or baking chicken breasts and dousing them in habanero sauce.

I've grown accustomed to just saying "I'd prefer not to eat that" rather than "I can't eat that."" Makes a world of difference rather than explaining the whole thing. Like lord forbid the average American knew what a fucking carb was, or how their body processes them for energy.
