It is called stinky tofu. it is tofu fermented/rotted in a crazy liquid made with rotten milk, fish, etc.

some people fry it (Taiwan) others eat it in a hot pot. It smells like someone scraped the ass cheese off of the worlds filthiest fat homeless.

The other food is so good though!

fermentation is necessary to destroy harmful phytochemicals in soy and other plants. plus it adds good bugs for the guts.

So...driving home yesterday evening, a street(near the airport) was immediately blocked off and then like 15 different police vehicles (unmarked suv's, sherriffs, squad cars/suvs) come rushing in....in about 7 minutes....the cop leaves the intersection and there's almost like no evidence of the officers being there. I thought/hoping it was a raid or something, but turns out Michelle Obama just landed in.
