burning star core - papercuts theatre.

parts 1 and 2 are meh, settling in for this to be tedious but i'll listen to it all. but its just a warm up. the last 2 are were it gets quite interesting. theres a section were techno is randomly inserted for no reason. the end gets really great.

one of the best burning star core releases ive heard, but i havent heard too many. really massive variation in quality between parts 1/2 and 3/4. worth a d/l. the guy on the blog i got it from said it was one of the best of 2010, but i wouldn't go that far.

That is exactly what I thought a year ago. I know it is not really guns n roses and axl is a crazy egomaniac. But that man can fucking sing and I am just from that axl lovin generation. I was pushed away by all the overdubbing and shit at first, but I am not ashamed now to say that I love it, especially Madagascar. I found something new in it. I was by no means expecting it to sound anything like the old shit. That is just not possible and who wants that any way?

lots of people trash CD, but I like it. Duff is my favorite, but I will always love axl's voice.
