Talk about reboot!

I met this girl about 3-4 years ago, we went on 3 dates and it was all going well until we both just stopped talking to each other. It was never really explained what happened. I really liked this girl and could never get her out of my head.
Years passed and I found my self having dreams about her, we all also kept crossing paths in weird places but avoided talking to one another due to both of us being socially awkward.

I had seen her out a few times whilst i was on drugs and made a fool of my self. Anyway she messaged me on facebook this week asking if i was wanting to play Uno with her sometime. I said yes and we are catching up tomorrow.
I had always thought she was the unicorn that had gotten away.
I feel sickly nervous about it but excited at the same time.

i'll be in the states a total of 11 days, i'll divide the time between new york and visiting jenn & pat!
i'll have a good guide in NYC (he lived there for almost 18973284 years) so i just want to find some extra stuff. i will take your advice and take a look if we already have a nyc thread and if not i'll start one!

oh ok, and meeting Jenn and Patrick ...i dont know..it covers everything else.
my concern is just that i would always want to not do the tourist stuff. although you need to do those and you ll have few days.
if you could have a taste of how life normal life is. or underground life is.
tell your friend to make a priority list (that would drive him crazy though).

Yeh I am going to go in with low expectations.

I am half expecting her to have a boyfriend still to be honest.
I do worry that I will finally see she is not all that I dreamt her up to be.

I cant stop thinking "why" why has she finally arranged a date with me after all this time. Who knows, maybe its not even a date and i am miss reading the situation.

Oh well turns out its not going to happen tonight. She msgd me saying she just found out her best friend had 2 seizures last night and spent the night in hospital so she has to go see her right after work. I have no reaosn to not believe what she is saying so its all very reasonable. She asked if we could please do it next week instead.
