Nah, I don't think we'd do the film justice.
It'd be better than fucking Beck on the soundtrack though. Robe., however, could have done a good soundtrack for the film. The songs Lynch specifically composed for the movie were great. |

oh yeah, rewatched this with my girlfriend the other night:
rampo noir - 9/10 it rules. Highly reccomended... We also "watched" this.. if you know what I'm saying... splatter: naked blood - 7/10 I'd seen it before though. It's hilarious. It's about a girl eating her own nipples and another girl talking to her pet cactus with a virtual reality headset. It's fun. |

I thought the Beck track worked because it was sooooo out of character for Lynch. I mean, it was sort of moderate pop-rock-radio hit at the moment, so when it came on (and I'm a Beck fan) I was still like WHAT THE EFFFFF??? which I'm pretty sure is what he was going for. No? |

Very art school-ish.

That film is hilarious and incredible! And I have a great story to go along with it... A friend of a friend (seriously) found the email address of that jerk who videotaped his entry (forget his nam) and emailed him a nasty note saying something to the effect of like "yr a cheater" or "yr shady" or something like that. A few days go by, and the phone rings and it's the evil Kong guy! He tracked down this friend of a friend and started a super-long distance Donkey Kong argument with a stranger! haha. |

I wish you guys could be, like, more generic and mainstream in your movie tastes. Srsly. This shit y'all are posting is too weird looking--it ought to be outlawed.

usually yr my bro, but I'm not feeling this nasty mood yr in today. besides, what's weird about Re-Animator? It's a pretty big budget Lovecraft adaptation... it was even mentioned in AMERICAN BEAUTY by Kevin F'ing Spacey's character, which brings its mainstream-iness up a bunch. No? |
