I am quite proud of my collection of Calvin & Hobbes, the very favourite.
other than that, as far as real comics, the Far Side is quite funny, and thats about all i can think of.. nothing in the newspapers is really worth reading. what the hell?! i have always ((always) always)) hated (hated) for better or for worse. it's not even funny! it's called a COMIC, not a printed soap opera! webcomics- Toothpaste For Dinner, Natalie Dee, Married to The Sea and White Ninja are the only ones i have cared for.

Andy Capp was a bit of an institution for a while but seems to have fallen out of favour now. A definite pre-cursor to characters like Sid the Sexist and Viz in general.
