erm arent you confusing guarana with guana? poo from animals is called guana (i think) and guarana is plant as far as i know...

as regards the poll. shame it aint multiple choice..... coffee, tea (cuz im irish), cola (coca cola not that pepsi crap) choclate (mmmm choooclate...argghhhhhhh (dribble)). i supposed caffiene and cannabis are my achillees heels, can you have 2 achilles heels???????????

Yeah I'm not to big on brown colas anymore. I usually stick to Mountain Dew or Sprite....Root Beer's good too.

since i quit smoking (a few months ago) i've started drinking 1 or 2 cans of coke a day. my biology teacher in secondary school told me that the caffeine in tea doesn't get absorbed into the body as much as with other caffeinated things.

as far as guarana goes this stuff is pretty nice
