If by "fuck off" you mean "jerk off a bit till you feel somewhat okay" I've found that to be decent advice. Porkmarras suggesting multiple sessions may be a bit extreme, but may have worked for him. Makes as much sense to me as keystoke monitoring.

If he's doing nothing to "cover his tracks," I would say you're overreacting anyway.
I'm sure we all visit sites out of curiosity/voyeurism/interest in things outside our own sphere, and if people decided to make judgments on us because of that, we would all be upset that people were jumping to conclusions.

if it was just porn i wouldnt care, but its the fact he is looking up same age women and same location women on a site that is made to hook people up.

No matter what you are doing online, I'm pretty sure you would resent any intrusion into your own password-protected activities, no matter how "justifiably concerned" your parents might be about something you are into.
Give him the same level of dignity at least, if you have any shred of respect for him. If things fall apart you will know soon enough anyway.
