In that particular picture, Virgo looks like an older Adam Horovitz.

I have a friend who anyone I know that knows him swears up and down that he looks very much like Dio. I personally have never agreed and thought he looked much more like Martin L. Gore. He's pretty unfavorable to either opinion.
