actually cow milk that's not organic tastes like some kind of rotten asswad for me. i can't fucking stand it.

goat milk is weird, but goat cheese is delicious.

soy is meh.

oat is ok

rice & almond are awesome. try the chocolate next time you get the munchies.

naysay however you like, I didn't invent this diet, nor am I trying to capitalize on the idea. I usually have something like fried egg(s) over medium, toast, and a glass of orange juice.

Or times, perhaps a bagel egg sandwich or just bagel and fruit preserves.

weekday brekfast usually around am.... cereal, juice orange or carrott and orange, coffee....

weekends...usually around 9am, cereal, juice, coffee, pacakes or muffins or scones- toasted with cream and jam, fruit. coffee coffee coffee cofffee and some drugs.

2 or 3 spoonfuls of Milo, or equivalent chocolate milk mix, on your cornflakes
then pour milk
