Well, she'd be 25 at that point. Although I don't think I'd want a stepson my same age. I'm much rather date a 25 year old with a 2 year old.

I'm sure that 5 year old girl's kid was probably raised by her parents, so although she is the mother, they would be more like brother and sister in relationship. Sort of like that movie Digging For China with Kevin Bacon.

I've read about thatstory - from what I recall, the girl was from Peru, and it was sometime in the 1930's. I think she had started to develop sexually at an abnormally young age, and I think that the child (a boy) found out when he was about ten years old. Up to then, he had indeed thought of the mother as his sister. He died quite young (early forties?) but I don't know what of.

When thinking of 5 year old parents, I was thinking it would be interesting to see a society where 5 years old is a normal age to become parents, and so people would know quite a lot about their bloodline, because there would be so many generations alive at once.

Hopefully that 5 year old girl that holds the record was consenting with a similar aged boy early to puberty boy. If she was raped that is really sad .

But in american society, having a mother 5 years older than you wouldn't really work. You'd want to think of her as a mother, but would have a sister relationship with her, and once she was old enough to truly mother you, you wouldn't need any mothering anymore.

Or her bravery. I'd imagine delivering a baby at age 11 can have serious health risks. Not that an 11 year old would realize that.

I think it's sad that an 11 year old would become pregnant because of getting drunk up. I think it's really sad how our youth are having these things happen to them at younger and younger ages. An 11 year old smoking and drinking...that's just wrong!
