no matter how much coke i did I still like ringo and hate neil peart, so dont blame it on the drugs! and keith moon is the shit too. technically, my favorite is the drummer from the Ventures. |

Technically, Peart is very good, but he's overrated ultimately to make it on my particular list, because for me, artistic creativity and purity of process counts almost as much. Some of the music of Rush is good though. And, of course, some of their outings (Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures, Caress of Steel) are regarded as classic rock albums, but my favorite is probably the live Exit...Stage Left and the earlier double live 2112. I haven't listened to them in forever though. |
