hell no. she's absolutely AMAZING in it-- she carries a lot of the movie actually. there's even an appearance by david cronenberg. that movie is fucking great-- her character, a complete fucking monster. one of the best female monsters ever since "all about eve".

I likes 'im. I wouldn't say he was the best thing ever, but his 'noise' music never seems like noise and is rarely angry. His personal opinions on things never come across as fascist so much as one particular avenue you could follow absolute libertarianism to. He flirts with fascism but you'll never hear him actually single out a single group (i.e., he seems to love/hate all abstract people equally).

I have no idea. I'm just glad this thread reminded me of Burroughs/Van Sant's ''The Elvis Of Letters'' record 'cause it's ace and I listened to it again.

Actually, thinking about it, I'm sure you could link Boyd Rice to William Burroughs and then to Gus Van Sant.

i used to be fascinated by all that stuff that was in that tape delay book as the time it was first published, but these days most of industrial type stuff from it seems pretty meh.
