We have awesome drainage around here
It never floods

Plus, we have a boat and some jet skis
just incase
all our cars are filled up
we have generators
loads of weapons/ammo
water / food
etc.

toronadoes are shitty but you cannot prepare for those, nor can you guess where one may come. hurricane is hours and hours of 50-100 MPH winds though, unrelenting. that shit gets me hard.

2 yrs ago when i lived in stl we had a hell of a thunderstorm and it knocked our power out for like three or four days. it was fun, we'd sit outside on the porch and drink beer all day and play guitar and play hide and go seek in the dark and stuff. but all our food rotted and we had to throw it away so we were living on candy. a week would be hell.

when the gigantor-tornado hit south okc in 1999, they were telling people that "if you don't get underground, you will die". thankfully, not many actually did (65 I think?), but still, fuck that shit.

I'm doing fine thus far.
In fact the wind has completely died... it might be the calm before the storm though.
I just walked down the street with a joint and was able to light it.. that's how low the wind is out here.
