Eyeliner and Helen Lundeberg are both silly crap. Incinerate, do you believe in rapture and jams run free are some of the best songs they ever wrote, though the rest of rather ripped is not listenable to me. My Ranking would be:

1. NYC Ghost&Flowers
2. DDN
3. Anything Else, its all great stuff somehow.

Rather Ripped is the first SY album since A Thousand Leaves that I keep coming back to. If one doesn't like it, then s/he must simply be into the jammy experimental side of SY exclusively. I mean, those tracks are some of the tightest, best-written hard/heavy rock numbers of the decade. And if you don't like 'Sleepin' Around', then please burn your Stooges albums.

After what, 3 years? C'mon man!!! This whole forum is expecting the release of The Eternal!!! RR is not their best album, everybody knows!

Anyway!! Try listening Bad Moon Rising, that's a really great album!

I've just "re-discovered" rather ripped again, whatever that means, after burnng it to attempt to get a bandmate into SY. yeah... but it is a really pretty great album start to finish. It is just really great well written songs start to finish. I really enjoyed Or as well - which i never used to. good shit

I don't like Incinerate at all, but I think Pink Steam is a pretty good one.
RR is not their best, thank god.

Also, you should listen to Murray Street once more.
