really.. there are a lot of typically 'oz' people who I dislike.. and I lot who are laid back and 'oz' that I love. It's the same as anywhere. People can be nice or they can be assholes, I dont think it really has much to do with where they live.

I really intend on moving to Brisbane some time in the next ten years. It's the only place aside from Melbourne I'd want to live in this whole country. It's a beautiful city and despite some parts being a bit slumish, it has a nice feel. Melbourne is lovely, but it's expensive and the winter is godawful. It's alright. "stuff" is the same as anywhere. The 'australians' are actually quieter here than they are when they go overseas.

I guess you mean 'annoying' similar to what I just wrote about being loud when they visit other countries. When I was in the UK I avoided everywhere that was labelled as an 'oz' hang out. I avoid the same people when I'm in my own country. They're just called cunts.

Facts:
1. Many racists, really depends on where you live. If you're close to the CBD of Sydney (inner west), people are pretty open minded, there's a lot of different cultures living there.

2. The coast is fucking brilliant, best beaches in the world, I'd say. There are a lot of air-headed ignorant people that live near the beaches though, so it comes at a cost.

3. No matter how formal the situation, G'Day is an appropriate greeting. Seriously.

4. Fosters is perhaps the least popular beer, it's pretty hard to find. NSW is loyal to Tooheys and hates VB, whilst Vic is loyal to VB and hates Tooheys. This also goes for football, NSW has NRL and Vic has AFL.

5. Some real nice girls live here.

6. Teenage drinking is widespread, people commonly push way past their limit weekend after weekend and learn absolutely nothing. This probably goes for a lot of other countries too...
