I saw the Modern library list of The 100 greatest novels of the 20th century the other day, most of the usual suspects were in the panel's top ten, in the readers top 10 however... 4 books by Ayn Rand and 3 by L Ron Hubbard...

The take home message from that is activism is no guarentee of good taste.

I was on the mailing list called echo canyon before that. ... i lost the password and had to open up a new account. anyways, i was just wondering how many people might be like me....someone who loves sonic youth but is also passionate about libertarian ideals....thats all.
