Nefeli - if you can, try to drink herbal tea at work - it's quite refreshing, and in time you'll be used to not having to drink coffee during the day. I'm drinking less coffee at present, and am aiming to limit my coffee intake to the weekend. I've started smoking again though, which I'm not happy about (I'm trying to limit my smoking too, and hopefully I can stop smoking again)

i'm lucky i'm just a casual smoker (i only smoke when i'm out and drink, which means ... erm, I haven't had a cigarette for almost 3 weeks now).

i've just been told i have a couple of grey hairs in my head. i'm just 20 years old, hopefully this doesn't mean i'm going to have a grey head by the time i get to 30.

my hair starts to get grey, too.
but its not too bad I kinda like it too. if it argues me too much theres always the chance of coloring it...
