an ex band member i used to know had a fake copy of love buzz, nirvana's very rare first 7" and he sold it for an obscene amount of money to some poor sucker.

some people are just thick to just run out and get it cause it says love buzz on it, the pennyroyal tea single is quite pirated as well, but i was able to authenticate it and the fact it came from the infamous south korean seller who found an overstock box filled with 200 of them really helped

I don't know how valuable it is but I won a copy of the Thurston Moore/Golden Calves/Dr Gretchen split LP that came out on Polyamory in 1999. I wanted it for the Golden Calves stuff mainly.

Also, found a reasonably priced copy of Torch of the Mystics on cd the other day. I don't have either in my hands yet.

Other things I guess I could note would be an Anarchy in the UK single on EMI, second pressing, and VU's "Sweet Jane". I've a pretty small collection frankly, but some are impressive fer my age and that.

How much is this worth? They had it in the vinyl exchange for about £25

i got a copy of the 2nd pressing of the misfits bullet 7"
and the jawbreaker/crimpshrine 7"(there are only 300 copies because jeff ott smashed the other 700) for a dollar each at a goodwill
