umm... it's green tea and toasted rice... and you drink it like you drink any other loose leaf tea? ...you pour boiling water over it and wait for it to cool.

... i prefer to filter out the tea once it's steeped, but some people prefer a stronger brew and just leave it in...

you can get tea bags also...

Stella is quite rank indeed but it's the buzz... i prefer a good carling pint for taste but normally will settle for trebleS at 5 quid for 3 up the toon. ooh texty...
