It's 1:16 AM, February the 1st around here. This means the traditionally coldest month is now officially over. Spring is now a possible future, no longer an intangible concept buried somewhere deep in the annals of yesteryear.

This winter's actually been pretty mild so far, but still. The lack of natural light and the whole drabness to it all really does get to me. Good to see that gradually fade and be replaced by something more agreeable over time.

Finally handed in that fucking paper today. Now I actually got a bit of time to draw again. Working on designing a flyer for a future event. I was looking forward to this.

A friend is going in April. I decided to join him. I was going to plan it with another friend but that plan fell through....so yeah. Gonna fight some foo's in SF and hopefully catch a show. I actually met this person through tumblr. Happened to be a friend of a dood I play SF with. Met at a tournament and been friends since. been like 7/8 years now.

Finally got to visit my sis at her new flat. She told me her cat is still a little shy with visitors at this new turf. She came out of her hiding place pretty soon though and would embark on an unbridled cuddle-spree. Seriously, it's been ages that I've seen that cat as aproachable as she was today. I think she took the move in stride. Yup, that is one content cat.
