Sort of off topic but any ways....
I was on the school bus heading to a college fair and something cought my attention. Someone was talking about Sonic Youth. This may not seem like anything special but for my entire time in highschool, I was the only one that really listened to them besides a friend of mine who never returned my dirty CD. But its funny because shes into indie (very loosly termed) and the emo punk stuff. She was going on about how hardcore they were, just way out of this world. How they stayed underground because they weren't interested in the mainstream shit. The whole time I was thinking they were underground because they couldn't be any other way. Thats who they are. I dont think they could be mainstream if they wanted to. But yeah, anyways. |

that picture looks like it may be from a t-shirt, krastian. i was born in '68, so i was 14 when the game system came out. now i hang out here with 14 year-olds. haha. |
