Whatever makes you happier. I want to believe that reaching for medication every time we go through heartbreak or bad things might help, it's just that I rarely met someone who benefited from it on the long term and effectively. Not that it doesn't have its function, it's just that facing reality seems like much less fun for most people.

Eh, reality honestly makes me want to blow my brains out. So, if I need my brain to lie to me for a few weeks to help me get over it... well, at least I'm not crying as much, that's all I'm saying.
Still staying in bed, reading a lot, though. |

Fair enough. I'm less patient with someone who uses anti-depressants whenever they are presented with a problem, and people around them have to constantly face their mood-swings as a consequence, even though it's clear to everyone that they are just being a drama queen who refuses to help himself/herself.

Even if I wasn't taking pills, my cat is sort of an antidepressant himself.

Well, if your cat really was an anti-depressant, you wouldn't be taking any pills, or would you? Obviously not a strong enough one.

when I was younger, I got engaged to a girl I loved dearly.
I even moved in with her and her mother in order to save enough money for the wedding/house/whatevercamenext. well, it didn't work out. I was too crazy and she grew too frigid living with her mother (sex life died fast). anyways, one day we decided to end it. I was devastated. I was sure that that was it for me and my life. she seemed so perfect that I didn't see how it would be even possible to replace the loss. time is good at changing minds. that said... you aren't doing either her or yrself any good by clinging. the old adage "if you love soemthing set it free...yadda...yadda" often holds true. let her do what she needs to get right with herself, otherwise, she'll be no good for you anyways. GET OFF THE FUCKING PILLS. GO OUT. FIND SOME VAGINA (assuming that won't affect yr current relationship for the worse). yr feels lots better. The End isn't due for a couple more years yet. enjoy it while you can. |

haha finding vagina isn't really something that interests me. And it'd just alienate her. I mean, I highly doubt she'll fuck any dudes any time soon, even if we did split up. She's not like that. She doesn't want me to be like that either... and I'm not.

How can you alienate a vagina?

when I said vagina, I meant the girls that come attached to them. you don't need to mess with the actual vagina, just know that it's there. some of these girls are even bound to have fingers. now I'm talkin', right?
...and I say this not because I think you need to get laid (although that couldn't hurt). I say it so that you will lose this air of finality about you. it's unnecessary. if you really want to feel better, take action, not pills. |

To be honest, I just usually don't, um, see eye-to-eye with women.
Unless they're named Phoenix... she's cool. |
