In Radiohead's 'Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors', there's a sound effect that sounds exactly like the Discord notification sound.
One time I was using that on my laptop while listening to the CD, and I ended up double-taking about three times. It's annoying.

Einstürzende Neubauten are repeat offenders in that category.
"Let's Do It A Dada" still makes we want to check the front door of my flat from time to time as it includes buzz sounds that are very similiar to my doorbell. I know it's part of the song, but the sound is so crisp and uncanny, it's unsettling xD Whilst "Anrufe In Abwesenheit" made me want to check my phone the first time I listened to it. |
