the answer is clearly "The Birth of Cool" by Miles Davis
but that wasn't exactly the question in the first place other then that: "Duty Now for the Future" - DEVO "The Blueprint" - Jay-Z "Reign in Blood" - Slayer "Honky Chateau" Elton John |

That'd be "Nattering Naybobs of Negativity," and that is such a great album, too! I can't believe "Punk in Drublic" got a vote here. There was a band about 16-17 years ago called Whoppers Are Good, and they had an EP called "...Aren't They?" "Evil Works Get Rich or Die Trying Evil Works" by Alarmist (preceded the release of the similarly named 50cent movie) "Justice Is What We Do to Traitors" by Rancid Vat "Retards Hiss Past My Window" by Sockeye "Running Backwards from the Apelike Superman" by Monoshock "Terminal Boredom" by Crime "Terminal Boredom" by the Registrators v/a "Flies Like Holidays" LP

I know, it kills walking into Vertigo Records and seeing tonnes of Sonic Youth and Velvet Underground records that I can't listen to if I buy em. CD's are good, but nowadays there's no use. Vinyl has better sound quality, and MP3 is the most portable. Is there any specific turntables that you can reccomend? |

Look for a brand called Gem-Sound. It's a New York based company, & they have long lasting manufactured needles.
I've had my Gem-Sound since my 16th birthday, my 21st is coming up in a few weeks, & I haven't changed the needle once.
