I think there is legislation in the works to prevent this.

I don't think making lighthearted fun of someone's footwear really counts as telling you how to live your life.
If I flew off the handle every time someone on here made some kind of snide remark about my fashion choices I would probably die of some kind of apoplectic seizure. |

it's not but you know what, i don't need to hear it. it's not the actuality of what was said, it's the concept of someone telling me what to do.
gmku is still going to pretend (unsuccessfully) to be keith richards long after we put him in a home

Can we at least agree that if you can make fun of my stretch denim, I can make fun of your sorority girl shoes?

OK then. I'll just pretend I don't see them on well over half the girls I see on the University campus when I bike through there on a daily basis.
I'm not saying you can't pull it off, I'm saying that a lot of girls with streaky hair who own sweatpants with silkscreening on the butt wear these. I order clothes from Lip Service, and that doesn't automatically make me an L.A. rock caricature, but I know full well that a lot of those people are wearing the same jeans as I am. Yeesh. |

NYU students don't wear them i suppose
but yeah i can picture these people you speak of with streaky hair and silk screened asses. my hair is all one color and i don't own ONE fucking pair of sweatpant.s, so i don't apply. they are really really comfortable and versatile.

I will never go to a "home." Can we at least agree that if you get to make shit out of my Keef hero worship, I get to make fun of your purchase of such items as sorority girl boots? Seems only fair--let's keep this a two-way street, please.

I didn't shave today and I'm wearing no liner.
For clothes I'm obscenely normal today. I'm in a thin grey v-neck sweater over blue Hanes T-shirt, Levis straight leg regular fit blue jeans, and green suede Pumas. Don't step on my green suede shoes, baby.

I've worn them for years. I switched from Airwalks when those became harder to find. Pumas or Airwalks work better for my feet than Converse chucks.
Plus they're cheap as dirt.
