isn't that game supposed to be a total piece of shit?

i played ffIX recently, only the first two discs, i had memories of it being one of the better games in the series but this time it seemed like a mediocre piece of crap

2. After I install the game (I've tried two different torrents already) and try to play it, it tells me that I either still need to insert a disc or that it can't load default.cfg.
I'm now downloading my 3rd version of this, and plan to follow very specific instructions left by a user on mininova.

Great game and worth the effort! If you can't get it working on that last download, I can probably find a compressed version I have around and upload it.

could becoma a bit boring if you're not into going 'round on errands (I'm talking about the single player campaign), but the graphics style is great and the whole atmosphere reminds me of a mix between mad max and tremors.
Gotta love the thousands weapons, you can "make" your own combat style with all the modifications (sniper rifles that can set on fire/electrocute people are superfun).

got it for $4 on the ebay. I remember getting hooked on the N64 wave race game!
