Fried Basmati rice with red bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Fairly quick to cook. Boil the rice while you fry the peppers, onions and tomato in mustard oil. Add to the frying veggie mix an Oxo chicken poulet cube, a spoonful of garlic paste, some salt and pepper. When the rice is about to absorb most of the water, pour it into the frying pan and stir. Ready in 10/15 minutes. |

i'm finally living on my own this year - will have to scan this thread for easy meals to cook i guess. pastas are good but get tiring quick.

I've made some paratha bread rolls, yesterday, with a filling of chicken and mushroom. Super easy to prepare and a couple of rolls are enough on their own as a meal.

So...like I'm eating a burrito. and....to be honest. I've never had a burrito that was wrapped SO FUCKING WELL!!!! Seriuosly....It's fucking perfect! I feel like I can play football with it and not unwrap itself...
EDIT: 24 hours later, am I'm still in awe of how well that burrito was put together....the ingredients...meh....but damn was that flour tortilla wrapped by a wrapping god. |
