Every listing I've read from recruiters looking for teachers required a college degree. Everyone I know teaching in Korea had a degree before teaching. There are some that don't require it but those aren't full teaching jobs.

have you guys heard about these "quality control" jobs in china....companies want white people in suits to stand around at their events and they'll pay lot's for one week and put you in a top hotel, i saw only one article about it but i'm under the impression they just want white people around so it looks like they do business with foreigners or something

i would do it, i don't think it works if you don't have a college degree though

maybe its different in different places. but from what i've seen there are more jobs to teach in asia than people willing to go.
