remeber news from the belgium tv about parents that have killed their childeren

always depressed parents that flip and kill their childeren
it's not said if the parents where under medication or not

who knows the belgium media doesn't give that imformation public
as medical information is strick private information

yes, i've been told that and i always try to have a cereal bar or a cookie throughout the day but if i attempt to eat a normal sized portion for lunch or dinner i'll be sick.

cereal is for birds and ruminants--high protein actually speeds you up (fish, eggs, good meat, etc)

you don't need starches to sit in front of the computer all day.

and if you exercise your appetite will increase naturally so you can actually eat cereal post-workout.
