Not sure who's worse at answering tough questions-Boris Johnson or Trump. Johnson doesn't storm off like a toddler when pushed on questions though.

Trump has been a disaster through all this. His aggressive personality may be seen (by some) as viable in something like a trade dispute but seems entirely out of step in a crisis like this, which requires a skill-set he simply doesn't possess.
What may have saved Boris, at least for now, was the decision, by no means a norm in other countries, to furlough workers, which I'm sure has done much to pacify those most vulnerable to the financial impact of the lockdown. At least temporarily. So the real test for him is still to come, as he's forced to manage the eventual withdrawal of those funds from the many millions of people who won't have jobs to go back to after the lockdown is lifted. |

They've had scientists, think-tanks, conservative economists, all the great minds on this and FINALLY! they're cracking the code to good comedy. I mean, I can't think of any hilarious right wingers right now but y'know, they're there making their hilarious mark!. Isn't this one of the reasons why there's the Reddit page rightcantmeme?

It depends how you define Right wingers. According to a lot of progressives it's anyone who isn't fully on board with their entire pc agenda and have, as a consequence, become targets for criticism. I'm thinking about people like Dave Chappelle and Jerry Seinfeld, neither of whom I consider remotely Right Wing. Then again I don't consider their critics to be Left Wing, either. Or even liberal for that matter.
EDIT: Sam Hyde might actually be right wing and is officially the funniest man on earth, so there's always that. |

Think it's anyone whose whole comedy is based around right wing/conservative ideals. There are plenty of people on the left or whatever who do their version. Be it Bill Hicks, Stewart Lee or the Daily Mail's favourite Nish Kumar.
Jerry Seinfeld is someone who's always kept politics out of his set so you can't call him either.

I agree, but try telling that to the people who attacked him about his joke referencing black lives matter. Not an especially funny joke, it turns out, but evidently 'offensive' enough to inspire one critic to enquire if his writing team was now made up of staffers at Beitbart news. |

ah, yes, the sarcasm defence. y'know, it generally only works when we're able to tell a difference between 'rational' Bytor and humourous Bytor?

YouTuber and conservative pundit Joey Saladino has been permanently banned from Twitter due to "repeated violations of [their] platform manipulation and spam policy".
His greatest hits include a failed run for Congress, repeatedly replying to Trump's tweets first with endless support and then with a link to his Raging Patriot podcast, faking a video where he alleged that a car with Trump stickers was destroyed by black vandals, wearing a Nazi armband in other uploaded videos, and...pissing into his own mouth on camera, for some reason. Good riddance

Today is five days shy of being two years since I first questioned President Barack Obama’s involvement in Russian collusion? June 7, 2018 (page 208) Quote:
I questioned Executive Order 12333 and why President Barack Obama would expand surveillance with less than 15 days remaining in his presidency? President Obama signed the order on Thursday, January 12, 2017. This past Sunday, (May 10, 2020) General Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell stated: This Whole Thing Was Orchestrated Within The FBI, Clapper, Brennan, And President Obama. “And then there's a meeting in President Obama's Oval Office. Talk to us about that, Sidney, because Sally Yates was there, Jim Comey was there, John Brennan was there, James Clapper was there briefing President Obama in the Oval Office on the Russia probe. Joe Biden and Susan Rice were there as well. This was January 5, 2017. Walk us through it.” (THIS IS THE GOOD PART) “POWELL: Exactly. Well, the day before (January 4, 2017), Comey had found and McCabe had found the transcripts of Flynn's call with Kislyak. And he briefed Clapper on it immediately. Clapper then immediately went and briefed President Obama on it. Then they have the Oval Office meeting on the 5th. Comey admits in his testimony that the FBI are the people that unmasked General Flynn, our people, whatever that means. And at the meeting on the 5th, Sally Yates was stunned because Obama mentions to her out of the blue about the call and the transcript of the call. She knew nothing about it, because Comey hadn't briefed DOJ. BARTIROMO: Of -- of Kislyak. POWELL: Yes. Yes. So, then they dispatch Comey the very next morning to brief President Trump only on the salacious aspects of the dossier on January 6 to set the news hook for BuzzFeed and CNN to run with the dossier they knew was a lie. Then Peter Strzok is watching a CNN report on that and texts about he and Priestap sitting there watching it and using it as a pretext to go interview some people. So the whole thing was orchestrated and set up within the FBI, Clapper, Brennan, and in the Oval Office meeting that day with President Obama. BARTIROMO: So, you think this goes all the way up to the top, to President Obama? POWELL: Absolutely.” So now we know why President Barack Obama signed an order expanding surveillance on his way out the door. Quote:

On Friday May 8, 2020, former President Barack Obama has reportedly said the “rule of law is at risk” in the US, after the justice department said it would drop its case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn..
Actually, the Wall Street Journal has the meat and potatoes: “There is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free,” Mr. Obama said in the Friday call to about 3,000 members of the Obama Alumni Association. The comments were leaked to Yahoo News and confirmed by Mr. Obama’s spokeswoman to the Washington Post and other outlets. Mr. Obama added: “That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic—not just institutional norms—but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.” How warped has former President Barack Obama become with his traitorous thinking? When was General Flynn EVER charged with perjury??? NEVER!!! The Wall Street Journal continues: ”Mr. Flynn was never charged with perjury, which is lying under oath in a legal proceeding. Mr. Flynn pleaded guilty to a single count of lying to the FBI in a meeting at the White House on January 24, 2017” Also on Friday, May 8, 2020 Attorney General William Barr said he believes the FBI under James Comey set a “perjury trap” for Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser. It’s clear that President Barack Obama wasn’t concerned about the “rule of law being at risk” when he was meeting in his Oval Office orchestrating with the FBI against General Flynn and soon to be President Donald Trump! |

Susan Rice Unmasking Records Under Lock & Key at Obama Presidential "Library"
WOW - Judicial Watch requested records from the National Security Council via the Freedom Of Information Act......records concerning: A. Russian interference in the 2016 election B. Hacking of governmental computer systems: DNC/Hillary Clinton campaign C. Any communications between Trump campaign/transition & Russians D. Identity’s of U.S. citizens associated with Trump campaign/transition pursuant to intelligence collection activities E. Susan Rices involvement and any unmasking’s from the intelligence community The National Security Agency responded with a letter saying the records were transferred to the Barack Obama Presidential Library?? Barack Obama doesn’t yet have a Presidential Library??? The letter also states that under the Presidential Records Act, Presidential Records remain closed to the public for five years after the end of a Presidential Administration has left office. However, these records aren’t at the White House or National Security Council, they’re at a temporary library. Was President Trump or Congress aware of this???? No worries: under this law, the new President (Trump) may request the records as can Congress......the records are also subject to subpoena! |

Let's deflect from how shitty a job Trump is doing handling this whole pandemic we got going on. Worse than Boris Johnson here and that's saying something.

SYG has a thread regarding pandemic discussions, and this is why I’ve posted about Obama’s traitorous activities in this thread! However, I’m sure the 32+ MILLION dollars wasted on Mueller’s investigation of NOTHING would go a long way helping with pandemic cost. |
