sobriety is itself impossible since our bodies do not exist in a vacuum separate from the world and stuff is going in and out all of the time, you just need to augment that stuff in a more intelligent way, narcotics are too intense and dangerous. build up a store of supplements and teas and things like that, because doing that gives you a beneficial hobby thats similar to street drugs only not toxic.

the idea of sobriety we have is kind of primitive and barbaric because you cant just stop by sheer will, since you'll be massively depleted in vitamins and nutrients and things and you need to get these things into your system or else you will feel so bad that only blotting it all out with too much booze or drugs will ease the tension.
