No one gave a shit about Galaxy?
I'm pretty sure it's STILL in the top 20 best selling games after all these months. That's one of the biggest selling games of all time... I think people gave a shit. |

Yeah true sort of. But not everyone I knew. Everytime someone would ask me what game I can't wait for I'd say Mario Galaxy and they'd just go PFFFFFFF, what about HALO 3!!! It's looks SO AWESOME!!!!! And it was so........... exactly like the other 2. God most overhyped game ever

I was the only person as a kid I knew who owned a 3DO. I remember everyone running up to me going hey have you played the N64 yet, it's amazing!! Hey have you played the Playstation yet? It's amazing. And I'd say, I got a 3DO a few years ago and it's better than both of those.
It actually had some very good games. It had the best versions of Flashback and Out of this World. It also had Alone in the dark, that horrible robot fighting game, Killing time ( resident evil with ghosts instead of zombies ), and this game called return fire I sold it to a friend in middleschool though. Wish I'd kept my 3DO |

The Saturn was another system with potential, but the games just flat out sucked. Except NiGHTS and my favorite Clockwork Knight. SEGA was so cool. Too bad they had to die
Even the 32X one of the worst systems they've ever produced had Knuckles Chaotix. Anyone ever played that? The graphics and the music are still UNbelievable. Blew my mind the first time I played it. It had experimental 2D/3D processing. The levels were 2D but the platforms you walked on were 3D The Angry Nintendo Nerd said it best though, Sega finally got it right in the end with the Dreamcast. Could be my favorite CD based system |

Only dogfighting game I remember was Wings II Aces High on the SNES. Was pretty bad from what I can remember. Wish I knew some good ones. Pilotwings had the mode where you were flying the biplane. That game was amazing, a classic. They really need to make Pilotwings Wii. The controls would be PERFECT for the jetpack

3DO was pretty awful. Not as bad as the Jaguar (or the .. uh .. Jaguar CD I guess?!)... or the Virtual Boy.. but still.
Saturn had a shit ton of great games -- too bad they only came out in Japan. What I'd do to play through Policenauts or Radiant Silvergun! Or just imagine if more than like 3 copies of Panzer Dragoon Saga came out. I got a 32X a few years back for $20... it's uh... pretty shitty, haha. I've always been a big Sega fan though.. I loved the Dreamcast. The only system I've never had or never played (besides the Jaguar CD) is the Neo-Geo... |

Aw come on, 3DO had it's share of GREAT games. It deserves credit just for Return Fire alone. Plus it was the first 64 bit system and it looked better than the N64.
Neo Geo, I didn't have one but my friend did. I remember being amazed by the graphics. They were all hand drawn high definition. Neo Geo had a horrible library of games but it had Metal Slug, one of my all time faves. Plus good lord the system was $750.00 when it came out and the games were $200.00 EACH!!! Good lord The 32X actually did have one more really good game called Shadow Squadron |

You named two of the weakest games on the Saturn. The Saturn was one of the greatest gaming systems ever, you just had to be able to play Japanese games. I STILL play my Saturn and still shop for Saturn games all the time. Oh - and I own Panzer Dragoon Saga and Burning Rangers. NEO GEO was a home arcade machine. The cartridges were actually arcade roms - hence the outrageous price. If you like fighting games then Neo Geo was amazing.

Yes true, you needed the japanese library of games to get anything out of the saturn. Clockwork Night and NiGHTS were not weak no way.
Yeah Neo Geo was a home arcade system true, I love arcade games and I love Neo Geo and SNK games, but every game on neo geo was a fighting game except the metal slug series. If it was supposed to be a home arcade where were the space shooters, beat em ups, flight sims, or puzzle games? |

I don't know of all time but Force Unleashed, Diablo 3, and Fallout 3 have me excited about as much as everyone else.

Yeah, I love most Treasure games. They released some stinkers like Stretch Panic, but Silpheed: Lost Planet, Ikaruga, Gunstar Heroes, Dynamite Headdy, Alien Soldier, Gradius V (! Which isn't even credited to them at all on the American version of the game), Bangai-O, not to mention that a good chunk of Treasure were responsible in crafting many of Konami's early masterpieces.. (go read their wikipedia) Great company.

Hmm, here's a game that's frankly so old it's prehistoric - I remember playing this a lot back in 1984: Manic Miner on the old ZX Spectrum:
A whole 48K of playing power - woo! Ahem...

Nah. Sega cd is bad. Popful Mail was good, Snatcher could have been good. JURASSIC PARK??? Are you kidding me? That game is AWFUL.
But yea Sonic CD. By far the best Sega CD game. My favorite Sonic game ever Sega CD was a very interesting concept for a system though, but it was too early for a cd based system. Just didn't work out |
