i could completely flood this thread and not think twice about it. I absolutely love cars. Actually, my affinity for cars is the same as it is for guns. I love them and I hate them I think they are beautiful, and from an engineering/mechanical/historical standpoint are very interesting.
But dammit, they both really suck. Cars pollute and kill people. Guns just kill people. Cars kill more people than guns; however, guns have the sole purpose of killing. A handgun is designed to kill humans. Not for hunting of any kind. At least rifles and shotguns can be used for survival in the wilderness. Thats what they are designed to do. All in all though, if I had enough money...or any money for that matter, I would spend it all on cars and guns. I would get a jeep wrangler and customize it to be the ultimate off-roading vehicle, a nice daily driver, like an old volvo 240, or really any of the economic/reliable european cars from the 80s (bmw 528e/524td, mercedes benz small diesel engine, vw rabbit, etc etc), then a whole bunch of performance cars. I dont want to list any of the guns i want due to the fact that it might be incriminating

based on replies, I'd ride with tokolosh. I almost wanted to ride with demonrail, but the more I read, the more he turned out to be a car whore and really, I need a car lover who only wants a few special cars.

I'd just like to add that I'd love an XK jag(second pic up there), but it would need to be 2006 or 2007, as I dont really like the way last year's model looks.

some might say I am totally insane. but this car is my favourite of all time. and will be my next one even if I have to take some credit for it. I love it, and turbocharged 200-300 ps combined with 4WD means a shitload of fun everywhere

^^I love these models since my child days. I was watching the rally group B alot in the 80s, that was when audi invented the 4WD in normal cars and ruled the craziest rally group ever, where some cars reached 600 to 700 ps. and one thing which got me totally hooked as a kid was that the audi S1 (the evolution type of that car) got a acceleration from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds, no matter what surface underneath the tires. thats badass.
and he still rules over the way more powerful ferrari enzo in acceleration from 0-60. above the enzo is faster but for an almost 30 year old car thats insane. my dad once drove one of these, and I am totally in love with it. some different versions but the best are called audi urquattros with 200 (some have 220) bhp turbocharged. and there is a limited edition called sportquattro with 300 bhp turbocharged. and to be over the top with car talk I have to say that the 5 cylinder sound of these cars is unmatched, totally unique. you can get them around 7000 euros here, but that would mean a lot of work to get them back to good quality. my dad is a mechanic so after I am finished with studying I am on a search for one of those. hell yeah |
