Omitted on the grounds that I have no idea who you are. He looks like his names is Clarence and he's actually quite posh. I don't believe that guy's street at all. Unless it's Street as in the posh bit of Bath.

I couldn't go on without my Modern Lovers LPs. I think everyone needs to own at least the self-titled ML album.

DJ Spooky's Optometry, replete with pretentious-sounding title tracks; such as the aptly-titled "Absentia Absentia (Dialectical Triangulation III)"; also featuring Matthew Shipp, William Parker, Guillermo E. Brown and Joe Mcphee.
Also queued on my iPod is Satanstornade, a collaboration between Masami Akita and Russell Haswell.

Satanstornade, yesyesyes. Although I did prefer Merzbow's Yoshinitsune and Drumm's Sheer Hellish Miasma, the other two notable noise records from a similar time (I think, my memory is rubbish)
Spooky pisses me off, but it's nice that someone's enjoying it.

Gamelan Music is awesome. Those Noneuch LPs are great, and they are always pretty cheap. That is a good one! I also like the sound of wood gamelans. |
