If I am drinking alcohol, vodka or vodka sour.
One or two and I'm good for the duration. |

I've realized some things about alcohol:
1. Liquor is for feeling fierce. 2. Beer is for feeling rowdy. 3. Wine is for feeling like you're in love. I like wine best.

I don't think at this point that I will ever develop a taste for beer or wine.
I've never truly enjoyed a glass of either. I really only just started drinking the occasional alcoholic drink within the last 18 months or so. |

I never understand the whole girls/boys drink rule thing. Boys drink pints, girls aren't allowed to, girls should drink alcopops and wine. fuck that. i remember this lass coming up to me in a bar down shields (off her face she was) and said to me
"eee i've never seen a man drink orange reef before" I said to her "well you have now" She sauntered off, confused. silly bint. some lad heard and goes "did you know her" i said "no" we laughed. the end Ynar I'm not big headed or owt but i am so obviously awesome... |

I became acquainted with wine about a year ago. I never want to come across as a wine snob, but through tastings with my wife and our friends, I've really come to appreciate the differences. At the same time, I get the most satisfaction out of finding a really good tasting wine under 15 bucks. And I swear I will never spend more than 20 for a bottle unless it's a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, e.g., anniversary and the like.
But wine is nice.

My girl and I once drank a bottle of cooking wine, not knowing what it was. I remember the flavour being immense and overpowering, not nice at all. She said it was the best wine she'd ever had haha and she hates wine.
I love a good red. Australian preferably. Theres another one n all but i cannot remember .... |

Australian's good. California's good. France, too. And Argentina seems to be the new kid on the block these days, especially with the malbec.

The only real one I shy away from is Vodka and Sprite...only because it's dangerous.

I am not a fan of wine. Too fruity, in flavor and spirit. Sake is damn good though. Beer I enjoy, but it's hard for me to get drunk with beer... I feel like I need to drink a larger volume of liquid than is comfortable before I feel the effects of it. As for mixed drinks, I like white russians.
Otherwise I drink a lot of straight whiskey. As I am right now. Even 'on the rocks' is too watered down. I like it harsh, to the point where Jameson is almost like water to me (in ease of drinking.) Have I posted in this thread before? I believe I have.

Because they very quickly cancel each other out and it becomes just like drinking Sprite and thinks get out of hand. Cuts, bruises, rapping, etc.

Anything with vodka in it. Patrick is a BASTARD behind the bar.
Vodka by itself gives me the Icarus wings, as he and Kegmama can both attest.

Speaking of which, I'm enjoying a nice screwdriver right now. the OJ is a little too pulpy, but not too much.
