Damn Astonic, I forgot about Anaconda (I guess that's a good thing right?)! There's a part in it where you can clearly see a waterfall going in reverse.

atsonic, that's quite a good list of crappy films, but honestly many of them are in a "genre" sui generis = the shitty semi-action semi-horror movies with (wasted) not that big budgets and poorly written plots.
Except for Elektra, that's actually one of the worse movies evah.

"Ghost in the Machine" is not "ghost in the shell", right?
catank, a bad movie from time to time is ok. I mean, I saw a bunch of them just to laugh at the horrid plot twists and stuff, but since I knew from the start that their quality was blaaaah I find it difficult to classify them as bad... sometimes when insomnia strikes I ge hooked up on these kind of films (action/horror) aired on tv at 2am or something...it's fun and relaxing in little doses.

atsonicpark mentions "Caligula" - the fabulous Malcolm McDowell aside, that is one steaming turd of a movie.

Damnation Alley and the Dark Crystal have aged terribly, but they were entertaining back in the day.
That celluloid was wasted on these, is uncomprehensible. "A film is - or should be - more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what's behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later." Stanley Kubrick |

Yes Wimbledon was pretty awful I could literally make it through 10 minutes and had to turn it off. Has anyone mentioned the Da Vinci Code yet. I thought that was pretty terrible and the acting was awful.

I don't just watch "shitty horror movies", I watch other movies as well; the main movies I like are probably considered "shitty horror movies" though.
Ghost in the Machine is this shitty horror movie about a serial killer who hides in people's electronic devices and shit. Haha. Ghost in the Shell, however, is fucking amazing! |
