I eat lots of meat and I enjoy vegetables. Though there are few fruits I enjoy. I have a sweet tooth that I wish I didn't and I try to eat lots of carbs. I tend to miss meals here and there + cardio so I stay below 160lbs.

I could eat anything when I was in my 20s and never gain a pound. With each decade it seems to become more imperative to watch what I eat. I can put on 5 pounds over a spaghetti dinner.
