I slept on getting Kraftwerk tix nd they're now sold out. Earth is playing the same night...so I wouldn't mind going to that.

St Vincent is coming n Noveller is opening up for her. My buddy got me a ticket...soooo....all I have to do is switch my shift for that day....

TONIGHT: here in my hometown......my wife and I are taking our eleven year old daughter to her first Elton John concert. When it's over, we are East Bound and down on our way to New Orleans : )

^How was Elton John? I tried to win tickets to the Beaumont show but to no avail.

His recent baritone isn't necessarily my favorite so I've been apprehensive to buy tickets.

There was NO opening act. The concert started at 8PM and Elton didn't exit the stage until 10:47......thirteen minutes shy of three straight hours. He played one new track from his newest album and two track from his release with, Leon Russell.
