I loved tha carter III to, but I'm really diggin this one.
I don't know I hold him up ont he same level with kanye and Jay-Z

Pharrell is good, but his solo album pretty much blew.

As a rapper he's eh, but anything the Neptunes touch turns to gold. Even his solo thing, production-wise, was fucking brilliant. He's just not much for songwriting so it brought it down.

Try "The Neptunes Present...Clones". Some of the best production I've heard.
