Well, sometimes (actually pretty much always) someone comes to his defense. And the people who talk shit are obviously just a little stunted. One person says "I'll buy it if it's College Dropout 2, otherwise no way"... which, I guess, means that someone out there actually, inexplicably and incomrehensiy, holds to the opinion that College Dropout is not only Ye's best album, but his only album worth listening to. ???

Fetal alcohol syndrome maybe? I dunno. But damn that's just fucking insane.

I haven't seen the Piss on Your Grave video but I love the track. Better than Ye's contributions to ALLA or Documentary 2.

I'm just happy to hear someone say something about a new Ye album. It's November 2015, which means this is the longest he's ever waited between albums. (Actually maybe there was a bigger gap between Graduation and 808's, but only slightly.)

I dont think its meant for one sitting. Each disc feels like its own album and has its own title. Like saying Weeknds Trilogy is too long.

Yeah, I'd never dream of attempting a straight through listen, unless I was driving around all day making lengthy, stressful stops. Under those circumstances it would give my day a welcome thread of continuity, odd as that may sound.

I take my top 10 albums of the year pretty seriously. They're like my own personal little academy awards, only, y'know, not awful. If an album has made my top ten, it either perfectly embodies something simple in a new and exciting way, or it blows shit out of the water.

The Epic will be in my top ten for 2015, unless the next 6 weeks sees an unprecedented stream of excellent releases. It deserves it.

The new Rustie album is like ... Well... if there were Molly raves in heaven, and their essence could be distilled into a pure chemical liquid form, and injected directly into the spinal column, I imagine it would feel almost exactly like EVENIFUDONTBELIEVE sounds.

Not hip-hop related really. No D. Brown on this release. But damn. Worth mentioning at least.
