People in the UK have been arrested for handing in photos of their children in the bath/in the nude to be developed, for "child porn" reasons. It would depend on how "obscene" the photos are - "joke" snorting shots would pass by OK, injection shots would most likely earn you a visit from the Old Bill (after said photo lab had called them).

i've heard about people in the photo labs calling the pigs on people for shit like that. it seems ridiculous to get the police involved for any kind of photos as long as it isn't actual child porn or like really really fucked up shit.

if they have anything to say about it or try anything with me they can't do shit because i took them quite a long time ago and in another country so as far as i'm concerned they can just suck my left one. search my fucking house. whatever.

This reminds me of the time a friend of mine asked me to take a roll of b/W film to develop at a shop. Turns out she took some, errrm, artistic nude pics as a gift to her boyfriend, and is too shy to bring them in herself. So I went to the shop, asked "will anyone check the pics?" guy says "well, the machine does all by itself basically, unless something get stuck nobody will look at the pics". I say "oh kay".
2 days later I pass by to pick up the pics, same guys "serves" me and blushes, saying :" eeeehmmm....you know, the film was a special kind of ilford BW thing, we had to develop them manually....eh..sooo...here are the pics." and hands me the envelope.
I laughed like a hyena while paying and kept laughing till I delivered them to the girl.

I used to develop film for a few years.. there was only one time where the police were called over photos, and it wasn't at my lab ( another of the same business). It was over a guy who was known in the area to be assaulting/photographing females and cops were called and photos were not taken but they were there when the guy came to pick them up ( I assume so that then he can't say they aren't his and they are evidence?)

I've seen some pretty extreme hinky shit in my time. The general rule at least where I've worked is unless it involves animal cruelty or fairly obvious child porn, to let it go.

There are way too many people out there who like to take photos of their puss filled open wounds, or their body painted sex orgies, or just plain old shots of their own cock or vag. Thanks, made my day.

people at phot labs are required by law in some states to report things such as naked kids, drugs, violence, etc.
